Join the Palisades Symphony for an unforgettable night of orchestral and vocal artistry. Under the direction of Music Director Maxim Kuzin, this concert — titled Voices and Symphonies — unites the power of the human voice with the grandeur of the symphonic tradition in a program designed to uplift, inspire, and move every listener.
The evening features a stellar lineup of works, from the energetic Beethoven Symphony No. 8 and the passionate Brahms Symphony No. 4 to Grieg’s Holberg Suite, bursting with Nordic charm. The program also includes Verdi arias from Rigoletto and Un Ballo in Maschera, showcasing the vocal brilliance of soprano Emma Berggren and baritone Matthew Peterson. In addition, audiences will experience the haunting beauty of Weber’s Der Freischütz and the contemporary vibrancy of Zoraqi’s Kaba for Orchestra, offering a perfect balance of classic and modern soundscapes.
Led by Maxim Kuzin and guest conductor Andrew Karatay, this concert is a testament to the orchestra’s dedication to musical excellence and community connection. The Palisades Symphony continues its proud tradition of making world-class performances accessible to all.
Admission is free, and all are welcome.
Donations are gratefully accepted and will help the Palisades Symphony organization transition through this challenging post-fire period and return even stronger to its permanent place in the cultural heart of the Pacific Palisades.
Come be part of this evening of remembrance, resilience, and renewal—through the universal power of music!
