about the Chorale
Sing with the Palisades Chorale!
Susan S. Rosenstein, Chorale Director
Founded in 1963 by the late Frances Cain, the Palisades Chorale has been an integral part of the Palisades Symphony community for more than six decades. The Chorale joins the Symphony twice each season to present inspiring choral-orchestral masterworks—from beloved oratorios and masses to modern works that celebrate the beauty and power of the human voice.
Over the years, the Chorale has appeared in more than sixty joint concerts with the Symphony, performing repertoire that has included Verdi’s Requiem, Brahms’ German Requiem, Mozart’s Mass in C Minor, Vaughan Williams’ Hodie, and many more.
Rehearsals are held most Tuesday evenings, September through May, at […]. Singers of all backgrounds who love great choral music are warmly invited to join this vibrant musical community.
