Ingemar Hulthage grew up in Sweden, where he began studying the violin at the age of 13. He has been a member of the Palisades Symphony since 1996 and also serves the orchestra as stage manager and board member.

In his professional life, Ingemar has worked as a theoretical physicist (Ph.D., University of Stockholm, 1981), as well as in the fields of artificial intelligence and financial services.
